Hot Vinyasa
Vinyasa is the Sanskrit word for "to
place in a certain way." Using the breathe to unify movement, these classes
emphasis the importance of alignment and placing our bodies in a specific way to
experience each posture to the fullest! These classes offer a dynamic,
challenging and upbeat flow that engages the entire body. Experience Pranayama

back bends. The room is heated to 90 degrees to promote cleansing,
detoxification, weight loss and self-revitalization.
